You will enter Villa Lindos Kalliopi on the front garden and driveway. Gates slide across to the private parking area at the front of the villa.

A neoclassic plaque of the Greek Goddess Athena welcomes guests at the threshold of the front door, offering her protection within the sanctuary of the villa and it`s gardens...

The aromas of herbs on the warm breeze are likely to greet you as a smattering of varieties have been planted in the front garden, alongside a potent jasmine - climbing its way up an old olive tree...

2008 and 2009 has seen an ambitious planting scheme take shape at the villa and for now we are looking forward to seeing everything grow and mature. You will find Olive, Orange and Lemon trees, Banana plants, Kumquat, Cacti, Roses, Bottle brush, Strelitzia (Bird of Paradise), Fig, Palm tree, Rubber tree, Bourgonvilla and many other tropical exotics.

At the end of the sun terrace, on the cusp overlooking those views, you will find a spacious, poolside, lawned area. This is ideal for sunbathing or to enjoy a delicious picnic - savoring the views and the food!

Garden lighting is provided in several locations.

As welcoming as the interior accommodation is, it is the rear Garden and Pool Terrace that really makes Villa Lindos Kalliopi extra special - the natural beauty that surrounds the villa merges in seamless unity with the cool blue waters of the overflowing swimming pool.

This superb 8m x 4 m (26ft x 13ft) overflow pool offers an extra luxury, feeling both intimate and expansive, welcoming of the natural landscapes on view before you. The effect of the pool and the views offer a magical feeling of oneness and tranquility. In the evenings the pool lighting creates a whole new atmosphere to savor.

Chrome steps take you into the pool and alongside the pool is a outdoor shower.

**Please note the pool is filled start April up until the end of October each year. Out of season the pool is not in commission unless by special arrangement**

The sun terrace around the pool area provides substantial space for more sunbathing, entertaining, barbeque's and dining.

The views from this terrace and garden area represent virtually unrivalled panoramas over Vlicha Bay. The Mediterranean Sea entering the bay occupies a large percentage of your view as does the surrounding hills.
