A very warm welcome to Villa Lindos Kalliopi! This is the very first Rhodes (Rodos, Rhodos) villa rental to claim, and deliver, a deluxe "boutique" standard of villa accommodation! Very close to historic Lindos and beyond, Villa Lindos Kalliopi launched brand new in 2008 and has quickly established an extremely high reputation for delivering on all of our promises / descriptions we have made - we are now taking advance bookings for 2011, 2012 & 2013 dates.
The South Facing Sea Views offer an unrivalled, enviable and uninterrupted panorama across the crescent shaped curvature of Vlicha (Vliha) Bay and the Mediterranean Sea. * Internally this villa is afforded an impressive 145m2! This large size offers extremely voluminous living, dining and sleeping space that is both relaxing and elegant.

* The exceptionally well equipped fitted kitchen provides all the quality and efficiency needed. This kitchen also includes a full size dishwasher.
* Decorative stone walls and cream trellised fencing border the front and rear gardens. The gardens are packed with an abundance of exotic, Mediterranean planting that includes olive, lemon and orange trees, cacti, herbs, fig, hibiscus, banana plant, assorted alpines, strelitzia and roses. A traditional Greek chimney barbecue and dedicated food preparation area offers the opportunity for alfresco cooking and dining. A spacious lawn area also overlooks the astonishing vistas. Finishing touches in the garden include an assortment of ornamental pots and atmospheric up lighting across the garden.

* During your stay the villa will be expertly property managed by Kim Roberts from Savvaidis & Associates. We searched long and hard to find a property manager who can deliver a high level of service to our customers and all our guest feedback confirms we have chosen very wisely! Offering a high spec Property Management service Kim has been visiting Rhodes for over 20 years and has lived on the island the past 5 years. Kim has masses of experience in this field. We were pleased to confirm that Savvaidis & Associates Property Management will continue to manage our villa throughout 2010 (2011 t.b.c). Kim and her team have proven to be dynamic, conscientious and professional with a committed guest focused approach. Our "Guest Reviews" confirm this - with some excellent testimonials. She will make sure the villa is in top condition during your stay with an unparalleled level of service. Guests will have the added reassurance that Kim and her team will be only a phone call away during their stay.

* Beach, cove & local shops / supermarket 5 minutes walk. * And to walk back with your shopping from the local supermarket a nice quality shopping trolley is provided for use from the villa.
* The area of Lindos and the Historic Acropolis offers fine dining and entertainment and is less than 5 minutes by car. The local villages such as Lardos and Kalathos are also close by - offering all the local amenities, including excellent butchers, bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants.
* We also take limited bookings on dates out of season. In the winter months Rhodes still enjoys plenty of sunshine and can offer a more sedate holiday at this quieter time.
